Job summary

ManpowerGroup Ireland is hiring a Customer Interaction Centre Specialist (German Speaking) for SAP in Galway on a 12-month contract with a hybrid work model. Responsibilities

• Process inbound customer calls, emails & chats with a focus on delivering high-quality interactions.
• Analyze non-technical customer queries, research solutions, and provide easily understandable answers.
• Evaluate the commercial impact of technical issues on customer business processes.
• Assist and educate customers in navigating support pages, software downloads, and license key functions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across SAP teams to ensure the effective and timely resolution of customer cases.
