Job summary

ManpowerGroup Ireland have an exciting new opportunity with SAP in Galway. This 12-month contract role offers a hybrid work model, with the chance to support customers through multiple channels and collaborate with SAP teams globally.

As a Customer Interaction Centre Specialist, you will analyze non-technical queries, research solutions, and educate customers on navigating support pages, software downloads, and license key functions, while ensuring timely and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluency in English and French with excellent communication skills (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and chats with a focus on quality interactions.
• Analyze non-technical queries, research solutions and explain clearly.
• Assess commercial impact of technical issues on customer processes.
• Educate customers on navigating support pages, downloads, and license keys.
• Collaborate with SAP teams to resolve customer cases promptly.
