ResultsCX is seeking a German-speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join our remote team. You will engage existing leads through high-volume calls and emails, aim to exceed quarterly targets, and drive revenue while adhering to quality and compliance metrics.

The role includes comprehensive training, mentorship from management and senior reps, and ongoing coaching. You will work 9am–6pm with base salary of €30,423 per year plus on-target earnings.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German at C-1 level.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or call centre.
• Strong computer skills and CRM experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to existing leads.
• Upsell FinTech solutions to clients.
• Maintain pipeline with a minimum of 200 opportunities or up to 1000 outreach opportunities.
• Daily and weekly reporting to Operations Team Leader on pipeline and progress.
• Forecast weekly and monthly sales volumes.
• Ensure data hygiene and compliance.
