Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role at a marketing technology company
• Fluent Polish & English (written and verbal) essential
• Must be rigorous, improvement-oriented and goal-driven

Responsibilities

• Identify high potential companies that can benefit from Klaviyo’s solution
• Partner with Mid‑Market Account Executives to develop and execute prospecting strategies
• Develop, test and iterate messaging across channels, industries and personas
• Contribute learnings to the Outbound process and support peers
• Reflect Klaviyo’s values of accountability and effort
