Rippling is looking for a motivated Sales Development specialist to join our Dublin team onsite 3 days per week. You will help shape Rippling’s EU growth, with relocation support available for European movers.

Fluent English and German are required to engage prospects in key markets. You’ll become a product expert across our platform, craft strategic inbound messaging, work with Marketing to optimize campaigns, and keep CRM records up to date.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German required.
• Experience in Sales Development or Business Development preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert across Rippling's platform and understand the competitive landscape.
• Inbound outreach with strategic messaging to upmarket prospects.
• Partner with Marketing to manage inbound campaigns and feedback to increase lead volume.
• Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM.
