Rippling is seeking an Outbound SDR/BDR based in Dublin to drive top-of-funnel qualification and help build pipelines for Account Executives. You will prospect, qualify new customers and channel partners, and collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns.

The role requires a fast-paced, collaborative mindset and native English and Polish language skills. Relocation support is available for those moving to Dublin.

• Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration across teams
• Fluent in English & Polish to native level

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert across Rippling platform and understand competitor landscape
• Outbound with strategic messaging to upmarket prospects
• Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns and increase lead volume
• Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology
• Maintain and update accurate records in CRM
