This role is on-site in Dublin, 3 days per week, with a fast-paced team, opportunities to advance, and a path to becoming an Account Executive.

• Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert across Rippling platform and understand our competitor landscape.
• Outbound with strategic and thoughtful messaging to upmarket prospects.
• Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume.
• Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology.
• Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.
