Rippling is seeking a motivated Sales Development professional to own outbound pipeline generation across Switzerland and Austria from our Dublin hub. You’ll influence how Rippling builds in these markets and work within the DACH BDR organization.

In this high‑impact role, you’ll craft outbound messaging, partner with Marketing on campaigns, and maintain CRM records. Hybrid work with relocation support makes a dynamic entry into Europe’s fast‑growing SaaS scene.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English; Swiss German preferred, French helpful.
• Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growth environment.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Driven to achieve results and hit quotas.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound pipeline generation for Switzerland and Austria.
• Craft targeted outbound messaging to engage upmarket prospects.
• Partner with Marketing to run campaigns and generate pipeline.
• Prospect new accounts using proven sales methodologies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with Account Executive to build pipeline through demos.
