Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
• Fluency in English and German with excellent communication skills (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Process inbound customer calls, emails & chats in German and English.
• Analyze non-technical queries, research solutions and provide clear answers.
• Evaluate the commercial impact of technical issues on customer processes.
• Educate customers on navigating support pages, downloads, and license keys.
• Collaborate with SAP teams globally to resolve cases in a timely manner.
