Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. in Ireland (Dublin) seeks a Client Services Specialist fluent in German to join our EMEA support team.

You will provide frontline assistance to customers and partners, resolve access, licensing and account issues, and guide them through onboarding and training sessions. You will use Salesforce and other CRM tools, communicate clearly across multi-channel support, handle multiple priorities, and collaborate with Sales to improve processes.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc graduate with 0–4 years of professional experience.
• Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime (start times around 7:00 AM).
• German or English fluency (other languages an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel support (phone, chat, email) to customers and partners.
• Troubleshoot access, licensing, account, and order-related issues; ensure timely resolution.
• Educate customers via onboarding, training, webinars, and self-service guidance.
• Act as SME on Autodesk policies and tools; assist partner enablement and cross-functional collaboration.
