Responsibilities

• The Fusion Sales Specialist independently manages revenue opportunities within assigned accounts or segments.
• Achieve quota, drive pipeline creation, and expand customer adoption through consultative, value-based selling.
• Provide deeper product expertise, manage moderate deal complexity, and partner with ARs and cross-functional teams.
• Independently generate, advance, and close new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain strong forecast accuracy and disciplined pipeline management.
• Lead structured discovery conversations focused on measurable business outcomes.
• Clearly articulate customer value and position solutions to address defined challenges.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned solutions and align capabilities to workflows and use cases.
• Co-develop and execute account growth strategies in partnership with ARs.
• Identify expansion opportunities across personas, teams, and business units.
• Coordinate internal resources to advance opportunities through evaluation, negotiation, and close.
• Position solutions in competitive environments and address objections.
• Engage partners to support customer adoption, renewals, and expansion initiatives.
