Job summary

Accenture in Dublin is seeking a Software Engineer for SaaS pre-sales, with German C1 and English C1 proficiency. You will partner with sales and customer teams, lead technical discovery, and translate business requirements into robust integration architectures for our AI solutions.

You will design and present architecture patterns, configuration steps, and onboarding plans, while addressing security, compliance, and data flow considerations to accelerate customer adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a pre-sales technical role (Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar).
• German and English at C1 level (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of API concepts including REST, authentication patterns, and workflow design.
• Ability to run technical discovery and translate requirements into integration architecture.
• Competence in discussing security practices (encryption, data residency, IAM).
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customers and clarify integration needs and API usage requirements.
• Translate goals into architecture patterns, configuration options, and implementation approaches.
• Deliver demos, walkthroughs, and light proofs of concept for targeted use cases.
• Provide guidance on API integration, authentication, rate limits, and data flow design.
• Lead security conversations and respond to security questionnaires with internal support.
