Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment Agency seeks a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative based in Dublin, Ireland. The role is on-site and full-time, focusing on prospecting educational institutions across EMEA and driving outbound campaigns.

You will conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, deliver tailored presentations, and build a healthy sales pipeline while pursuing activity, pipeline and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• German and English fluency required.
• 1+ year in BD/Inside Sales or related roles.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and generating qualified opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Experience meeting sales targets in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage schools, colleges, universities and other educational organisations across assigned EMEA markets.
• Execute outbound sales campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn and other engagement channels.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, business objectives and technology requirements.
• Deliver tailored solution presentations and product demonstrations.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, progressing opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, customer engagement and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and forecasts within CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, channel partners and client teams.
• Share customer insights, market intelligence, competitor information and product feedback with internal teams.
• Participate in business reviews and pipeline discussions with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, digital transformation and the education technology landscape.
