Job summary

MarketStar is hiring an Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in German to support a leading global technology provider’s Education business across the EMEA region. You will develop new business, engage schools and universities, and drive pipeline growth from Ireland to other markets.

Based onsite in Leopardstown, Dublin, you will collaborate with internal teams, channel partners, and customers to tailor demonstrations and win opportunities, while meeting revenue targets and maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English.
• 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Account Management, or New Business Sales.
• Experience managing outbound prospecting activities and generating qualified sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Experience working towards sales, pipeline, and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage schools, colleges, universities, and other education institutions across assigned EMEA markets.
• Execute outbound sales campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels to generate qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, objectives, and technology needs.
• Deliver compelling solution presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities, as well as cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently progressing opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets, including opportunity creation and customer engagement goals.
• Accurately maintain customer records, activity updates, and forecasting within CRM systems.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, channel partners, and client teams.
• Share customer insights, market intelligence, competitive information, and product feedback with internal teams.
• Participate in business reviews and pipeline discussions with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, and the evolving education technology landscape.
