Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Fusion Expansion Sales Specialist in Barcelona to grow Fusion inside high-potential existing customers. You will drive incremental subscriptions, upgrade accounts into higher Fusion tiers, and activate Fusion data capabilities with PLM through fast, virtual sales cycles over phone and Zoom.

You will partner with expansion reps, the land team for new acquisitions, and Fusion data specialists to position the platform with confidence.

Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch or German.
• Experience in software expansion, inside sales, or account management with revenue growth as a metric.
• Ability to run virtual sales cycles without in-person meetings.
• Ability to uncover expansion opportunities inside existing accounts and convert to closed business.
• Comfort engaging design, engineering, and manufacturing audiences.
• Influence multiple stakeholders from technical users to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Expand Fusion customer accounts by finding high leverage workflows, teams, and product areas that benefit from more seats, advanced tiers, or PLM.
• Run end-to-end virtual sales cycles—qualify fast, align the solution, handle objections, and close.
• Build targeted expansion plans for your territory focusing on where Fusion delivers immediate lift.
• Collaborate with Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver demos and validation.
• Partner with the land team for consistent strategy and clean handoffs.
• Manage multi-threaded outreach inside accounts to uncover opportunities and momentum.
• Maintain pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy using Salesforce and modern tools.
• Share insights and repeatable plays to scale the expansion team.
