Archer Recruitment is transitioning from Education Sales into a Full-Cycle BDR role in Dublin, where you will own the client relationship from start to finish and move into direct Engagement with business leaders in a true full-cycle capacity.

The role offers an uncapped monthly commission and a clear promotion ladder, with average earnings in Year 1 around €53,800+ and strong upside to €100k+ in under 2.5 years, starting base €38,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Education Sales, Course/Program Admissions Sales, EdTech BDR/SDR or B2B outbound sales (min 2 years total)
• Strong consultative phone presence and ability to handle objections with multi-stakeholder buyers
• Proven track record of hitting targets and driving revenue

Responsibilities

Are you selling education, courses, or EdTech and ready for true deal ownership?

If you have experience pitching degree programs, corporate training, courseware, or EdTech solutions, you already know how to build trust, navigate complex decision-makers, and communicate long-term value.

At Archer, we want you to take those core consultative sales skills and step into a full-cycle Business Development role where you own the client relationship from start to finish.

What You Will Gain

What We Are Looking For

• Background: 1+ years in Education Sales, Course/Program Admissions Sales, EdTech BDR/SDR roles, or B2B Outbound Sales (minimum 2 years overall professional experience).
• Skillset: Strong consultative phone presence, experience handling objection-heavy or multi-stakeholder sales, and a track record of hitting targets.
• Mindset: High performance, competitive drive, and an eagerness to master full-cycle closing.
• Location & Eligibility: Dublin-based (ability to work on-site M-F in our Dublin office) with an EU Passport, UK Passport, or Stamp 4 Visa.

Compensation & Rewards

• Average Earnings Year 1 : €53,800+, Year 2: €80,100+, Year 3: €115,000+
• Starting Base & Bonus: €38,000; grows with your progression
