Archer Recruitment in Dublin City Centre is seeking an ambitious sales professional to join our fast-growing team. You’ll own deals end-to-end—from prospecting to closing—with decision-makers across financial, banking and life sciences sectors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-graduate experience, including 9+ months in a target-driven B2B sales role.
• Proven success in outbound outreach and pipeline generation.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa, willing to be based full time in Dublin City Centre office.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of post-graduate experience, including 9+ months in a target-driven B2B sales role (Business Sales Consultant, Junior Account Executive, Lead Generator, or similar roles)
• Proven success in outbound outreach and pipeline generation.
• A hunger to progress quickly and take ownership of your own results.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa, willing to be based full time in our Dublin City Centre office
