Archer Recruitment Ireland seeks an Operations professional ready to become a Recruitment Consultant. Move into client-facing sales and own the journey from day one, shaping your strategy and earnings through merit-driven outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2+ years in Operations, Project Coordination, or Account Management.

• Location: Dublin-based (office-based, M–F) with an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.

The Rewards:

• Comp Structure: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses.
• Earning Potential: Average Year 1: €47k+ | Year 2: €75k+| Year 3: €100k+
• Commission paid monthly (no caps). Base salary+ bonus: €38,000.
