Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive the full sales cycle with ownership over prospecting, closing, and growing your own accounts. You will manage end-to-end deal control in a Dublin-based role with uncapped commission potential and clear promotion paths.

You should have at least 2 years of professional experience (sales preferred) and hold an EU/UK passport or Stamp 4 visa, with the ability to be in the office Monday-Friday.
