Job summary

Archer Recruitment, a Dublin-based IT recruitment specialist, is expanding its business development team. We are seeking hungry sales professionals to join and develop full-cycle sales expertise in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

You’ll gain end-to-end sales experience, a comprehensive training programme, and ownership of your client pipeline with progression into a Business Development Account Manager role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales development or related roles
• Experience with outbound outreach
• Able to book and attend meetings with hiring managers

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential client companies through outbound outreach
• Book and attend meetings with hiring managers, partnering with senior consultants to learn how to run effective client engagements
• Develop consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Gradually take on more responsibility in meetings as you progress toward managing client relationships and closing business
