Job summary

Realtime Recruitment seeks an Oracle Finance Lead to head the EMEA finance workstream for a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation, based in Cork, Ireland with a hybrid model (3 days on-site). The contract runs for 12 months with potential extension and reports to the EMEA Programme Leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading finance workstreams on Oracle Fusion Cloud / EBS in global template deployments across EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of multi-country statutory compliance, controls and financial reporting.
• Experience in multinational, multi-entity, multi-currency, matrixed organisations.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Oracle Financials Cloud certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA finance workstream end-to-end: design validation, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare, transition to BAU.
• Assess the global template against EMEA finance processes, legal-entity structures, statutory and VAT requirements.
• Champion global template adoption while escalating justified EMEA deviations through governance.
• Review and approve EMEA designs, fit-gap outputs, functional specs and configuration workbooks.
• Own functional oversight of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Intercompany and reporting.
• Coordinate with OTC, P2P, Supply Chain, Tax, Treasury, Data and Integration workstreams.
• Run regional workshops and drive timely decisions between Ireland, EMEA markets and US HQ.
• Define EMEA test scenarios and steer SMEs through SIT, UAT, regression and defect resolution.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning and go-live stabilisation.

We're hiring an Oracle Finance Lead to head up the EMEA finance workstream on a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation, led from Cork, Ireland.

Cork, Ireland (Hybrid - 3 days/week, full-time at peak milestones)

Reporting to EMEA Programme Leadership / Global Finance Transformation Lead

The role

This is a senior functional leadership role supporting the regional deployment of a US HQ-defined global Oracle template - making sure EMEA finance requirements, statutory obligations and operating-model needs are properly represented, without compromising the integrity of the global design.

What you'll be doing
