Dalata Hotel Group’s Samuel Hotel is seeking a proactive Front Office Manager to shape guest experiences and lead the front office team. You will report to the Deputy General Manager and drive high-performance standards while fostering teamwork and a culture of service excellence.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in a front office leadership role.
• Excellent skills in people leadership and development.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee and delegate.
• A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when interacting with staff and guests.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

• Ensure that guests have the highest quality experience.
