Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to lead hotel operations, inspire teams, and drive guest experiences to the highest standard. You will shape culture, contribute to hotel strategy, and ensure financial performance while maintaining a positive work environment.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, cross-department collaboration, and developing talent through coaching and recruitment support. A strong focus on standards in F&B and career progression is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience as a Duty Manager or equivalent operational leadership role in a large hotel.
• Standards Driven; particularly in Food & Beverage.
• Strong desire to progress and develop your career in hotels.
• People leadership and motivation experience.
• Proven ability to develop talented employees.
• Strong communicator and able to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple stakeholders within the hotel and lead operational management.
• Oversee hotel operations, greet guests, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Demonstrate strong operational knowledge and collaborate across departments as needed.
• Assist other managers with interviewing and recruitment.
• Coach and train new employees to build confidence in their roles.
• Handle conflicts or complaints with effective problem-solving.
