Responsibilities

• Leading front-of-house operations during shifts, stepping in to resolve issues as they arise
• Supervising, coaching, and motivating team members, helping onboard and train new staff
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards during service
• Handling customer queries and complaints on shift, escalating to the Restaurant Manager where needed
• Supporting with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift reporting
