Job summary

Aramark Ireland is recruiting a Supervisor to join our Galway team. Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, this role leads the shift and supervises the catering services in our restaurant, ensuring smooth operations.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-end cafe or restaurant, fluent English, strong customer service, and HACCP knowledge. Meals and uniform are provided. Advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Experience with food hygiene practices (HACCP).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & organisational skills to liaise with various departments.
• Outgoing, reliable and able to work under pressure.Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and assigning unit operations.
• Coordinate daily front-of-house/back-of-house retail operations.
• Assist in delivering monthly inventory of stock.
• Train new and current employees on customer service practices.
• Ensure stocklines are merchandised per planogram and respond to customer complaints.
• In the absence of the Retail Manager, lead the retail unit.
