Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth reception operations and deliver 4‑star service to guests.
• Answer the switchboard in a warm, friendly manner and relay messages as needed.
• Handle reservations and maximise room revenue; upsell where appropriate.
• Liaise with housekeeping to coordinate room allocations.
• Report customer comments to Management and uphold SOPs.
