Job summary

Talbot Hotel Clonmel, part of the Talbot Collection, is seeking an experienced Assistant Accommodation Manager to support the Accommodation Manager in daily operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. You will work closely with housekeeping and reception, manage rosters and monitor VIP needs, while upholding the Talbot Collection customer service program.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar setting and excellent English language skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Support the Accommodation Manager in daily operations of the Accommodation Department.
• Assist in creating, updating and implementing departmental SOPs.
• Ensure guest bedrooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard.
• Liaise with Reception regarding Room moves, VIP guests and special needs.
• Assist with payroll, attendance, and staff scheduling in Timepoint.
