Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador in Dublin to manage the front-of-house, greet visitors and coordinate meetings and events within a high-profile corporate environment.

You will handle sign-in, badging, mail and deliveries, while maintaining presentation standards and collaborating with security and facilities teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in reception, concierge or related field.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
  • Previous experience of working within a high profile corporate environment.
  • Fluency in English and local language; strong PC literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience to ensure interactions leave a positive impression.
  • Deliver core front of house services: sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found, deliveries.
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone, email and other queries via front of house.
  • Greet, assist and direct candidates, visitors and the general public.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and functionality across front of house and meeting areas.
  • Undertake physical setup of meeting and event spaces in line with guidelines.
  • Monitor meeting room environments including furniture, signage and equipment.
  • Update room booking systems and SharePoint room calendars.
  • Coordinate with security and janitorial teams on meetings and events.
