Customer Company is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to translate complex business objectives into practical Salesforce solutions. You will be a strategic partner to the sales team, owning solutioning across the sales cycle and delivering engaging demos for customer opportunities.

You will champion technology trends like Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic workflows, and show customers how Agentforce and Data Cloud can transform productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Solution Engineering, SaaS, account management, or management consulting.
• Experience as a strategic partner to sales and business units.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud architectures.
• Background in consulting with the ability to map pain points to tech roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical North Star for the sales team to align strategy with outcomes.
• Develop and deliver innovative demos and solution concepts, including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
• Lead the solution cycle in collaboration with Product, Marketing and Professional Services.
• Communicate the value of Salesforce to IT and C‑suite audiences with industry insights.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Salesforce products and trends in a fast‑paced environment.
