Job summary

MarketStar is seeking an Inside Sales Executive for an Airbnb project in Leopardstown, Dublin 18. You will identify and recruit hosts, research prospects, and initiate contact via email, phone, or social media to build a growing pipeline in B2B sales with SMEs and sole traders.

The role requires about 1 year of related experience, French language at C1 level or higher, and strong communication, organization, and self-motivation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, retail sales, cold calling, insurance sales, telecoms or other B2B/B2C sales roles.
• French language proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential new customers.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone, or social media.
• Conduct initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability.
• Manage ongoing communications until a prospect becomes a customer.
• Manage a book of prospects.
• Maintain accurate information within CRM systems and Google Docs.
