Job summary

Vantage Towers is seeking a skilled professional in Dublin to lead landlord negotiations, drive commercial strategies and close end-to-end site deals. You will manage qualified contacts, prepare offers, obtain approvals, and finalize agreements while coordinating with Legal, Finance and other stakeholders.

The role requires strong negotiation, commercial judgment and experience with contract-related discussions, in a hybrid Dublin setting with international exposure and career growth

Qualifications

• Educational background in commercial/technical/site contexts.
• Proven experience in customer management, acquisitions, contract negotiations or similar.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Landlord negotiation & acquisition: initiate, qualify leads and negotiate for site stability.
• Commercial strategy: assess location and contract situations to drive offers and price negotiations.
• End-to-end deal closure: manage contacts, offers, approvals and closing.
• Portfolio & ad-hoc negotiations: handle extra negotiations outside GLBO portfolio.
• Cross-functional collaboration & reporting: build landlord relationships and deliver pipeline reports.
