Job summary

dbt Labs in Dublin is seeking a French-speaking Business Development Representative with 9+ months in technology sales to accelerate pipeline generation. You will identify target accounts, conduct multi-channel outreach, and engage both technical and business stakeholders.

You’ll partner with Sales Directors to craft account strategies and research industries, with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office weekly) enabling collaboration and momentum within fast-growing teams.

Qualifications

• French-speaking with excellent written and verbal communication.
• 9+ months of experience in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology sales development.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Research accounts, industries, and personas to craft personalized outreach.
• Partner with Sales Directors to build account strategies and prioritize opportunities.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and AI initiatives.
• Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency.
• Meet and exceed activity, meeting generation, and pipeline targets.
