Job summary

Cpl Group in Dublin 4 is seeking a French-speaking Sales Manager to lead a multilingual sales team supporting a global digital advertising platform. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on coaching high performers, driving revenue, and strengthening customer success.

You will use data to improve performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and collaborate with Operations, Training, and Policy to optimise processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Sales with 1-2 years in a Sales Manager/Team Lead role.
• Experience leading and developing sales or account management teams.
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are essential.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive revenue growth through performance management and strategic planning.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Support onboarding and development through mentoring and training.
• Analyse sales performance, pipeline health, and business metrics for improvements.
• Ensure CRM management, forecasting and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and customer experience.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Foster a high-performance team culture with continuous learning.
• Share market insights and trends with senior leadership.
