Job summary

One Identity is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative in Ireland (remote-friendly). The role blends customer-facing duties with collaboration alongside sales account managers to drive opportunities in the Identity Security portfolio.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years in software sales, fluent English and French (French mandatory), and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. You will qualify leads, present solutions, and set up meetings with Sales Account Managers to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software sales.
• Fluent in English and French (French required).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Highly motivated with a hunter mentality and target focus.
• Skills include lead qualification, negotiation, communication, prioritization and time management.
• Presentation abilities to address diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship management with openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Contact potential clients via cold calls and emails.
• Present the company to prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and suggest products/services.
• Customize solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Set up meetings between clients and Sales Account Managers.
• Report sales results to Inside Sales management (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and campaigns.
