Qualifications

• Fluency in French to a high standard is mandatory.
• Experience working within a tour operator or similar service-based organisation.
• Good knowledge of Ireland as a destination and its tourism products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the smooth operation of confirmed group tours
• Organise and confirm accommodation, transport, activities, and other travel services
• Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver agreed itineraries
• Check bookings, schedules, and documentation to ensure all details are accurate and up to date
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best available services and rates
• Handle amendments, payments, and operational issues efficiently and within deadlines
