PRC Executive Search is seeking a true hunter to open and grow new business across France and French-speaking Europe. You will own the territory, manage the full sales cycle, and build a standalone pipeline with no existing account management handover.

Fluency in French is essential, with professional English. The role offers uncapped commissions and a clear path to quota attainment in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Formación

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• 5+ years' B2B closing experience in a new business/hunter role, ideally SaaS or tech.
• Track record of hitting quota with tangible numbers.
• Experience selling into the French market and navigating French buying cycles.
• Comfortable building pipeline from scratch and not waiting for leads.
• Structured sales methodology (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN or similar).
• Strong commercial instinct, resilience and a competitive streak.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and break into new accounts across mid-market and enterprise via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and events.
• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, business case, negotiation and close.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline.
• Hit and exceed an annual new business quota of $1.2m ARR.
• Work with SDRs and marketing on territory plans and campaigns into the French market.
• Keep HubSpot accurate and forecast with discipline.
• Feed market and competitor insight back to product and leadership.
