Job summary

Harvey is seeking an Account Executive for the Mid Market, French Speaking, to drive growth among law firms and professional services clients. You will own a named book, conduct product demonstrations, and close multi-stage deals by delivering tailored AI solutions.

You will collaborate with product and engineering, forecast key metrics, and help shape Harvey’s sales playbook for scale. Travel to client sites and offices as needed, and maintain CRM hygiene while pursuing revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling complex software solutions.
• Lead a sales cycle from start to finish.
• Independently manage a pipeline and forecast metrics.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI technologies for knowledge work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your book of business with a named account list.
• Manage the full lifecycle from prospecting to contracting, onboarding, growing, and renewals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct client evaluations with product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor Harvey’s solutions.
• Develop sales playbook to enable scaling.
• Travel may be required.
