Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring a driven, bilingual Account Manager (French speaking) to join our EMEA B2B sales division in Cork, Ireland. This hybrid role is for those within commutable distance to our Cork office, or fully remote for those farther away.

You will grow revenue within an established client base, manage renewals, and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across named accounts while collaborating with Keeper’s security solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle SaaS sales or Account Management.
• Must be bilingual, native French with English fluency (both verbal and written).
• Strong technical knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory), onboarding & support.
• Experience selling to Enterprise organisations and C-level Executives.

Responsibilities

• Carry a revenue quota to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned accounts.
• Provide strong interactions with customers at Senior Management level with support on relations with C-level contacts.
• Communicate with French and English speaking customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells and upsells with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships; conduct quarterly business reviews to assess risk and value.
• Become a Keeper Security product expert and assist on Sales calls/webinars as needed.
