Qualifications

• 7+ years of tech sales experience and 2+ years in people management.
• Experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
• Strong communication and ability to guide teams in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach mid-market account executives to hit ARR targets.
• Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring new team members.
• Develop sales playbooks and scalable processes for high-velocity sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions for clients.
