Job summary

MarketStar is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Dropbox in Ireland (Remote). You will serve as a product and service advocate, build relationships with SMB clients, and articulate value via phone and email. The role requires English and French fluency, CRM experience, and a track record in quota-driven sales.

Base salary €38,000 with a €7,000 bonus and a total target package in the €45k–€52k range. Includes benefits such as health coverage, training, pension, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience; tele sales or B2B sales preferred.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in Account Management within the SMB space.
• Salesforce or other CRM use experience preferred.
• Proven success in a quota driven, high demand sales environment.
• High cognitive ability with a passion for finding solutions to challenges.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain current knowledge of client’s products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong telephone presence.
• Ability to build and foster client relationships via telephone.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product and service advocate for the client, building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition.
• Build and foster client relationships.
• Articulate technical and business value propositions via phone and email.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations as needed.
• Provide online demonstrations of services.
• Provide technical information for products and services.
• Make outbound calls to prospects—high call volume required to new and existing accounts.
