Corgi Insurance Inc. is seeking a founding Account Executive to build and close the French book from Dublin, on-site six days a week.

You will manage discovery, quote with underwriting, and guide accounts from binding through onboarding, first claim, and renewal, targeting French founders and CFOs. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of B2B insurance sales, native French with strong English, and a track record of closing complex commercial deals.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years selling B2B, ideally in commercial insurance, financial services, or an adjacent regulated product.
• You've personally closed B2B deals at volume.
• Prior commercial insurance sales, at a carrier, MGA, courtier/broker, or insurtech.
• Comfortable with technical conversations: coverage wordings, exclusions, limits, rating factors, claims history, endorsements.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High agency, high ownership, low drama.
• Native or near-native French, professional English.
• An existing right to work in the EU.

Responsabilidades

• Pipeline management: take qualified meetings from BDRs and work them end to end.
• Discovery and underwriting partnership: build quotes with underwriting.
• Closing: negotiate coverage, terms, price, and bind the policy in French.
• Account ownership: stay close through onboarding, the first claim, and first renewal.
• Cross-functional feedback to product, underwriting, and BDRs regarding wins and losses.
