Job summary

Notion is seeking a Forward Deployed Architect to work with our Services team in Dublin. You will design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption and measurable business outcomes, partnering directly with customers to understand goals and translate them into scalable Notion architectures.

The role combines discovery, workspace design, workflow build, AI implementation, and launch planning, with emphasis on governance, integrations, and practical tradeoffs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong ability to map business goals to scalable Notion architectures and adoption plans.
• Experience designing AI-native workflows and integrations with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers from discovery through launch to translate goals into Notion solution designs.
• Design scalable Notion architectures that address workflows, permissions, and governance needs.
• Build AI-native workflows using Notion AI, agents, automations, and Developer Platform capabilities.
• Create adoption plans and enablement materials to drive sustained usage and value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering and Services leadership.
