Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Forward Deployed Engineering – Applied AI to lead complex AI initiatives across customers, partners, and internal teams.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure scalable AI deployments that deliver measurable impact. This role requires strong SDLC expertise, experience delivering AI at scale, and the ability to manage risks, timelines, and governance in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size software development companies.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and release management practices in cloud-based SaaS product organizations.
• Prior work delivering AI or intelligent workflow solutions at scale with tangible customer impact.
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and enterprise security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for AI deployment projects across customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with software engineers, product managers, designers, and customers to deliver AI solutions.
• Drive risk management, dependencies, and impediments across multi-team builds and releases.
• Organize milestones, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives.
• Provide transparent reporting, dashboards, and status updates to stakeholders.
