Job summary

ServiceNow’s Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering team partners with strategic customers to shape enterprise AI, building reusable AI-native solutions that accelerate transformation across the Now Platform.

As a Build Manager in FDE, you will support cross-functional teams in creating intelligent, scalable AI solutions for mission-critical challenges, driving from conception to delivery and ensuring successful completion with proactive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of SDLC and release management in cloud-based SaaS environments.
• Experience delivering AI or intelligent workflow solutions at scale with measurable customer impact.
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and enterprise security practices.
• Role includes occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Forward Deployed Engineering teams to deliver AI solutions at scale.
• Partner with customers to co-create AI-enabled workflows tailored to needs.
• Drive strategic build objectives, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder builds and translate business objectives into executable plans.
• Identify and remove blockers and manage risks, dependencies, and releases.
