Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer to own end-to-end AI-native solutions. You will build backend services, LLM pipelines, and frontend integrations in collaboration with customer teams, delivering production-ready deployments in fast-paced sprints.

You will travel up to 30% in field engagements, shape reusable scaffolds, and contribute to platform tooling and SDKs while maintaining robust performance and security across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in customer-facing or embedded roles.
• Proven system architecture design and implementation.
• Strong backend (Python/Node.js/Java) and frontend (React/Angular) skills.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, vector search, and context management.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native software spanning backend, data orchestration, and UI.
• Work in the field with customers to deploy and iterate solutions.
• Codify reusable assets—libraries, prompts, scaffolds—for future engagements.
• Shape developer experience by feeding feedback to platform teams.
