Job summary

Lidl is seeking a detail-oriented Food Promotions Administrator to support the Food Promotions Department in Dublin. The role focuses on data management, pricing changes, and coordination with internal teams and external suppliers. You will report to the Food Promotions Planner and help ensure promotions run smoothly.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical and communication skills, can multitask under pressure, and may have a university degree. Hybrid work and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of product and supplier database.
• Daily review and submission of pricing changes to items.
• Coordinating between departments to resolve admin and operational issues.
• Collaborate with the Food Promotions Planner to execute promotions.
• Liaising with suppliers and buyers nationally and internationally.
• Managing incoming calls and emails professionally.
• Sample management.
• Checking advertising materials.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal and international teams.
• Preparation of stock for withdrawal.
• Assisting line manager and team with ad hoc duties and projects.
