As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will ensure the integrity of core personnel master data while transforming complex workforce metrics into strategic insights.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and financial acumen.
  • Experience with HR key performance indicators and HR IT systems.
  • Broad experience using spreadsheet applications for data processing.
  • Basic experience supporting analytical projects.
  • Ability to translate complex HR metrics and forecasts into intuitive visuals for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support workforce planning and personnel cost modeling with Controlling.
  • Create monthly and quarterly HR KPI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
  • Monitor HR systems for data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and maintain interactive dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Analyse benefit platform utilisation and employee engagement metrics for Total Rewards strategies.
  • Organise and evaluate personnel data for business needs.
  • Build data pipelines for People Analytics projects.
  • Improve reporting frameworks and data maintenance workflows.
  • Contribute to timely delivery of standard HR, Total Rewards, and KPI reporting.

As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will ensure the integrity of core personnel master data while transforming complex workforce metrics into strategic insights. Working at the intersection of Human Resources, Total Rewards, and Controlling, you will build data pipelines, design interactive dashboards, and optimise reporting frameworks to drive data-informed workforce planning, cost modeling, and benefit platform utilisation for local and international stakeholders.

What you'll do
  • Support workforce planning and personnel cost modeling in collaboration with the Controlling department.
  • Create monthly and quarterly HR KPI reports, executive dashboards, and analytics solutions.
  • Monitor HR systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and maintain interactive dashboards for local and international stakeholders.
  • Analyse benefit platform utilisation and employee engagement metrics to inform Total Rewards strategies and cost optimisation.
  • Design practical ways to organise and evaluate personnel data for business needs.
  • Build data pipelines to support specific People Analytics projects.
  • Improve reporting frameworks and standardised data maintenance workflows.
  • Share ownership for the timely delivery of standard HR, Total Rewards, and periodic KPI reporting, as well as workforce planning models.
  • Maintain shared accountability for the integrity, completeness, and precision of personnel master data within your designated operational scope.
What you'll need
  • Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail, financial acumen, and data hygiene.
  • General experience in working with HR key performance indicators and HR IT systems
  • Broad experience in the use of spreadsheet applications for data processing
  • Basic experience in supporting analytical projects
  • Ability to translate complex HR metrics and financial forecasts into intuitive visualisation formats for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a HR Analytics, Total Rewards, or Financial Analysis role
