Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking ambitious graduates for its 18-month Graduate Management Development Programme, designed to build future leaders through tailored training and real-world store and distribution centre exposure.

Participants engage in blended learning with on-the-job training and industry-leading modules, gaining hands-on experience across promotions, planning and supply chain, with strong mentoring and extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2.1 Honours degree or higher required.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute Food Promotions initiatives.
• Support planning administration, finance and profitability activities.
• Assist in Lidl Plus & Weekly Offer Planning tasks and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate gondola head, store layouts and supply chain planning and coordination.
