Participants engage in blended learning with on-the-job training and industry-leading modules, gaining hands-on experience across promotions, planning and supply chain, with strong mentoring and extensive development opportunities.

Food Promotions
Within Food Promotions, there are four core areas of responsibility that will form your training roadmap:
Food Promotions are ultimately responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of promotional items within Lidl. This begins from detailed planning of items, market research and reaction, pricing and offers, development of strategy, cost planning and in-store implementation. Food Promotions works strategically to execute in-store campaigns to provide our customers with excellent products and offers, alongside driving our Commercial KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
