Job summary

The Address Collective is seeking part-time Food & Beverage team members to support the supervisor in serving guests while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will take orders, explain menu items confidently, and look for upsell opportunities to enhance guest experience.

Responsibilities include fulfilling orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting with outlet cleanliness and operations throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a restaurant or in a Food and Beverage customer service environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests and customers Food and Beverage while adhering to service standards and procedures.
• Taking food and drink orders and fulfilling customer requests accurately and efficiently.
• Explaining menu items confidently and upselling where opportunities arise.
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest’s experience in our outlets.
• Keeping the outlet clean and adhering to deep cleaning schedules.
